Since my family and I have moved to Hampton Roads, I have been so blessed with the new friendships that I've made.
I value all of my friendships as much as I value my family. To live the lifestyle of a military wife, friends become your second family. I just wanted to take this time to put it out there.
Karen, I love you so much. I have never met someone so compassionate and caring. You have been such an inspiration to my soul. I know you have gone through a lot over this past year and you should know that I will always be there to listen.
Chelle, you and I have so much in common! Both being from Texas, we can relate to one another and I love that! True Texans know what Dr. Pepper really tastes like. I love our trips to Walmart, although they are few and far between.
Ashley, someone who never ever gives up. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am for you and Josh. You may think you've had a wonderful life together but just wait until November... your lives have only just begun and I am so thankful that I will be here to watch you and Josh turn into amazing parents. I'll always stalk you!
Mindy, one of my very best friends in this entire world, I miss you so. I miss going to "On the Border" with you and chatting with you on cafemom. I miss having that someone I can run to with my lamest rants and you'd always listen and tell me to get over it lol. I hope to see you again soon.
Audrey, we've know each other since the 7th grade. Although, since we have graduated, we have lived in separate states, we've managed to stay in touch through the years and watch our children grow. I love you!
Michael, my newest friend, you are a very special person. You bring out the best in people (big, small, tall, short,) through your photography and that's so wonderful. I only wish to be as good as you some day. Thank you so much for everything you have taught me, all the long phone conversations, and adventures shooting.

I <3 U!
ReplyDeleteThank you Amanda. Sometimes we overlook the simple things and take for granted the blessings life gives us. I thank God for everyone in my life and for accepting me the way I am. (((hugs)))
